Money Merge Account: It’s time for a solution!

If you are a mortgage professional…from a Mortgage Broker, Loan Officer, Loan Originator, or an owner of a Mortgage company, your profession is at a point in this nation, where you have to make a choice:

On the one hand, there are those who (and I quote a local company) believe “Homeowners are too DAMN STUPID to know what’s best for them, and they need professionals like us to take all the equity out of their homes and invest it for them.” This class of mortgage ‘professional’ is a disgrace to their profession, who never takes responsibility for harming his clients with loans they can’t afford, all the while, assisting them in digging a greater financial hole every 3-5 years with refi’s. “They’re going to get a refinance somewhere, I might as well make the money if they’re going to kill themselves anyway.”
Those of you in that category…you don’t care about your clients…it’s about the money. It’s about the sale, and milking those families for what they have, and throwing them to the currents of life. You may shrug your shoulders at new clips of people losing their homes…but when you’re selling a product, it is your responsibility to educate the client when it comes to that product. You have a measure of trust and confidence…something you have grossly abused!

Then we have those of you who truly care for your clients. You have established relationships, and you see the growing, painful need of a solution for this cycle of debt. You WANT to help your clients, but you don’t know HOW, other than getting them the best loan possible, and then trying to teach them how to use the loan to the best of their ability.

The Jubilee ALLIANCE difference!

Someone asked me today, what I felt the real difference was between other UFF agents and The Jubilee Alliance?

I mean, we all sell the same product, don’t we? We all make a living, or at least money from this, right? …and we all help people save on their mortgages…don’t we?

Yes.

However, I personally believe there are some core differences between Jubilee and other agents. There are other differences, such as how we train, what we train in and the actual support we give our team; but in a nutshell, I think there is one specific aspect that makes all the difference in the world.

The Jubilee Alliance is a National Cooperation of families. We don’t sell “software”. What we offer is a ‘complete program’ that will help other families get out of bondage, and build a future they never thought possible.

Our focus is on service first, and the money will eventually find us.

It may not seem like much to the slick salesman, and that’s ok with us. We aren’t the best salesmen, nor the best marketers.
