yea things like the MMA and paying off your house seem to be more and more plausible as the days go on and interest rates drop, as well as house prices.

Toronto Life Insurance Broker: We have a lot in common and if you are not already an uFirst Agent, please call us or e-mail us to see about setting you up. Either contact Pam above of myself, Gene Heckerman at geneheckerman@vmdirect.com.

If you are already an Agent with uFirst we would like to discuss the product we are about to release and it's viability in the Canadian market.

We are soon to jointly release a product that works with MMA, harvesting equity and using life insurance as a vehicle to build wealth outside of the equity in our homes.

This product has been tested and implemented in the US and we are looking for representatives in the US and Canada to partner with us in our rollout and implementation.

You can also reach me at: 702-521-0194.

We would like to see if this is something that will also have benefit in Canada.

Most people try to invest their money safely. Especially nowadays, when stock markets are showing volatile character, people are turning to equity based life insurance. It is relatively safe as well as illiquid. I think, the reason why people prefer an investment by life insurance company is that policy holder invests every month. So, he buys shares even though they decrease. That can raise the earning rate in the long term. I work for Toronto life insurance brokers and we recorded many questions about why is equity based life insurance more profitable than single investment in stock.

Yes, yes, yes, Pamela. That's it, exactly! There seems to definitely be a tipping point that we all have to approach before we will do what needs to be done. Human nature is, indeed, interesting.

Thanks for the excellent comment and feedback.

John.
PS. Ended up having both lower wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. :-/

Yes, Jaime, I agree. I use Gene Heckerman's LeadBusters system and it is working great. The system simplifies who to call and when, and helps to keep you organized with all of your contacts / their information / dates and times you contacted them / 100% compliant email templates / any notes you want to make / appointment calendar/ and a 2 year email drip system campaign to keep marketing to people who either said "no" today but did qualify and may change their minds in the future... or for people who said "yes" and the emails keep you in touch with them on a periodic basis for the next 2 years. This shows great customer service and support, as well as possibly generating future referrals. Remember that if someone says "no" today, every month when they write a check for their mortgage payment, they'll think of you. The emails continue to keep your name and contact information in front of them for that day they say.... "hmmmm... maybe I should give them a call and check this thing out again!" This is all automated by the LeadBusters system and it's fantastic!

I've used the system for my warm leads and recently started purchasing leads from LeadBusters. The response when I call people has been great! They saw a video on the internet and requested someone call them. What could be better? These are people who WANT to hear from you! Not every one will turn into a sale of course. But even if you had a horrible closing ratio and only closed 1 in 10... even 1 in 15... still the price for the all the leads combined is less than some agents pay for one referral. I've been really pleased and would highly recommend LeadBusters to anyone in this business who wants to work from home and be able to reach the entire United States via the internet and a phone.

John, this is a GREAT article! You have hit it on the head! I, too, had FOUR impacted wisdom teeth which I put off for 2 years before finally having them removed. I heard the other day on a video from Mike Dillard of Magnetic Sponsoring that people make decisions and act based on one main thing - the desire to avoid pain or acquire pleasure. If people say "no", it's because the perceived pleasure they would gain does not outweigh the perceived pain or moving outside their comfort zone.

My take on it is that once the pain gets to be too much (as in your wisdom tooth example), then the balance shifts, and it's MORE painful to stay in your comfort zone than to go through the pain of having the tooth removed. The same thing happens with clients as we talk with them. If they have a strong enough "why", they will see that the benefits of working with the Money Merge Account is worth making the effort to learn new ways of doing things. Human nature is an interesting thing, isn't it?

Because this is a tax law, there are lots of rules. However, most of them are easy to deal with.
The amount you can add to a Roth IRA each year is capped ($5000 for most people this year), and it must be matched by earned and taxed income.
You can take your principal out whenever you want, but you will have a substantial fee for taking earned income (interest and dividends) before age 59 ½ . The plan is to invest early and leave it alone, and I suggest sticking with this plan.
No one should pass this up, but to change someone’s life you need to start at age 18 and in the real world that means you have to do it for your kids.
This program is a vehicle, not an investment. You will need to declare the money as a Roth IRA and then invest that money. Most of the major investment companies have good mutual funds with a portfolio based on aimed at the date you plan to take the money out. Check with the usual suspects. Trying to manage your IRA investments directly is a recipe for disaster. See ads for my book on this subject, “White Papers” and spreadsheets at www.KidsFutureUSA.org

Gene,

I appreciate you posting on this article. At the same time, you MUST understand the background on this, and I will qualify the article AND this reply...because neither apply IN ANY WAY to you or LeadBusters.

This article was written before you came along and talked to Jubilee. You will also notice the description I gave in my article, which is specific---none of it comes close to what you do.

For the readers, you should know: I PERSONALLY use Gene Heckermans LeadBusters system. My agents DO purchase their leads, which are FAR less expensive than other company product pricing which I gave in the article. Not only that---but your company is a system which allows people to better utilize THEIR OWN LEADS----they never have to purchase them if they don't want to.

The other factor---one which I stand by 100% as THE determining factor...is that Gene USES HIS OWN LEADS AND TEACHES PEOPLE BY EXAMPLE HOW TO SUCCEED BY USING THEM AS WELL.

Gene, that's why we place you above the rest. You are the exception---NOT the rule.

My article still stands and is 100% valid.

I'm simply not talking about you in any way, shape or form...our readers just needed to hear that.

I would recommend LeadBusters any day.
